「といかけ日記」（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、以下の方針に基づいて情報を取り扱います。

1. 日記データについて

日記の内容、気分の記録、感情タグなどのデータは、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。運営者がこれらの内容を取得・閲覧することはありません。アカウント登録も不要です。

2. AIによる返事について

本アプリの「返事」機能は、Apple Intelligence対応端末ではAppleが提供する端末内AI（オンデバイスAI）を使用して生成されます。非対応端末ではアプリ内蔵の定型文が使用されます。

いずれの場合も、日記の内容が外部のサーバーやAIサービスに送信されることは一切ありません。

3. 広告について

無料プランでは、Google AdMobによる広告（バナー広告・全画面広告）を表示します。AdMobは広告配信のために、デバイスの広告識別子（IDFA）等を収集する場合があります。広告のために日記の内容が使用されることはありません。

トラッキングの可否は、初回起動時のApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）ダイアログ、および端末の「設定」アプリからいつでも変更できます。

プレミアムプランへの加入により、広告は表示されなくなります。

4. アプリ内課金（サブスクリプション）

プレミアムプランは月額／年額の自動更新サブスクリプションです。決済・更新の管理はApple社のStoreKitが処理し、運営者がクレジットカード情報等を取得することはありません。

サブスクリプションの解約は、App Storeの「サブスクリプション」設定からいつでも行えます。

5. データの削除

記録はアプリ内でいつでも削除できます。アプリを削除すると、端末内のデータも削除されます。

6. 第三者提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、収集した情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。

8. 改定

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはApp Store上で告知します。

Toikake Diary Privacy Policy (English)

Toikake Diary (the “App”) respects your privacy and handles information according to this policy.

1. Your Diary Data

All diary entries, mood records, and emotion tags are stored only on your device. The operator never collects or views this content. No account registration is required.

2. AI-Generated Replies

The App’s reply feature uses Apple’s on-device AI (Apple Intelligence) on supported devices, and built-in preset replies on other devices.

In either case, your diary content is never sent to any external server or AI service.

3. Advertising

The free plan displays ads (banner and interstitial) served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers (IDFA) for ad delivery. Your diary content is never used for advertising.

You can control tracking permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) dialog on first launch, or anytime in the device Settings app.

Upgrading to Premium removes all ads.

4. In-App Purchases (Subscriptions)

Premium is an auto-renewable monthly/yearly subscription. Payments and renewals are processed by Apple’s StoreKit; the operator never receives your payment details.

You can cancel anytime from the App Store’s Subscriptions settings.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete entries within the App at any time. Deleting the App removes all data stored on the device.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or provide collected information to third parties, except as required by law.
