「ほどく」（英語名：Untangle、以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、以下の方針に基づいて情報を取り扱います。

1. タスクデータについて

登録したタスクの内容、分解されたステップ、完了の記録などのデータは、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。運営者がこれらの内容を取得・閲覧することはありません。アカウント登録も不要です。

2. AIによるタスク分解について

本アプリの「ほどく」機能は、Apple Intelligence対応端末ではAppleが提供する端末内AI（オンデバイスAI）を使用してタスクを分解します。非対応端末ではアプリ内蔵の定型パターンが使用されます。

いずれの場合も、タスクの内容が外部のサーバーやAIサービスに送信されることは一切ありません。

3. 広告について

無料プランでは、Google AdMobによる広告（バナー広告・全画面広告）を表示します。AdMobは広告配信のために、デバイスの広告識別子（IDFA）等を収集する場合があります。広告のためにタスクの内容が使用されることはありません。

トラッキングの可否は、初回起動時のApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）ダイアログ、および端末の「設定」アプリからいつでも変更できます。

プレミアムプランへの加入により、広告は表示されなくなります。

4. アプリ内課金（サブスクリプション）

プレミアムプランは月額／年額の自動更新サブスクリプションです。決済・更新の管理はApple社のStoreKitが処理し、運営者がクレジットカード情報等を取得することはありません。

サブスクリプションの解約は、App Storeの「サブスクリプション」設定からいつでも行えます。

5. データの削除

タスクはアプリ内でいつでも削除できます。アプリを削除すると、端末内のデータも削除されます。

6. 第三者提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、収集した情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。

7. 免責事項

本アプリはタスク管理を補助するツールであり、ADHD等の診断・治療を目的とした医療機器ではありません。

9. 改定

Untangle Privacy Policy (English)

Untangle (Japanese name: ほどく, the “App”) respects your privacy and handles information according to this policy.

1. Your Task Data

All tasks, their broken-down steps, and completion records are stored only on your device. The operator never collects or views this content. No account registration is required.

2. AI Task Breakdown

The App’s untangle feature uses Apple’s on-device AI (Apple Intelligence) on supported devices, and built-in preset patterns on other devices.

In either case, your task content is never sent to any external server or AI service.

3. Advertising

The free plan displays ads (banner and interstitial) served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers (IDFA) for ad delivery. Your task content is never used for advertising.

You can control tracking permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) dialog on first launch, or anytime in the device Settings app.

Upgrading to Premium removes all ads.

4. In-App Purchases (Subscriptions)

Premium is an auto-renewable monthly/yearly subscription. Payments and renewals are processed by Apple’s StoreKit; the operator never receives your payment details.

You can cancel anytime from the App Store’s Subscriptions settings.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete tasks within the App at any time. Deleting the App removes all data stored on the device.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or provide collected information to third parties, except as required by law.

7. Disclaimer

The App is a task-management aid, not a medical device intended to diagnose or treat ADHD or any condition.
