「ずつうノート」（英語名：Migraine Note、以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、以下の方針に基づいて情報を取り扱います。
1. 頭痛の記録データについて
頭痛の強さ・時間・痛む場所・症状・トリガー・服薬内容・メモなど、本アプリに記録したデータは、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。運営者がこれらの内容を取得・閲覧することはありません。アカウント登録も不要です。
健康に関する記録という性質を踏まえ、本アプリはサーバーを持たず、記録内容を外部に送信しない設計になっています。
2. AIによる傾向分析について
本アプリの分析機能は、Apple Intelligence対応端末ではAppleが提供する端末内AI（オンデバイスAI）を使用して記録の傾向をまとめます。非対応端末ではアプリ内蔵の定型ロジックが使用されます。
いずれの場合も、記録の内容が外部のサーバーやAIサービスに送信されることは一切ありません。
3. PDFレポートについて
医師向けPDFレポートは端末内で生成されます。生成したPDFを共有するかどうか、誰に渡すかはユーザー自身の操作によって決まり、運営者がその内容を受け取ることはありません。
4. 広告について
無料プランでは、Google AdMobによる広告（バナー広告・全画面広告）を表示します。AdMobは広告配信のために、デバイスの広告識別子（IDFA）等を収集する場合があります。頭痛の記録内容が広告のために使用されることはありません。
トラッキングの可否は、初回起動時のApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）ダイアログ、および端末の「設定」アプリからいつでも変更できます。
プレミアムプランへの加入により、広告は表示されなくなります。
5. アプリ内課金（サブスクリプション）
プレミアムプランは月額／年額の自動更新サブスクリプションです。決済・更新の管理はApple社のStoreKitが処理し、運営者がクレジットカード情報等を取得することはありません。
サブスクリプションの解約は、App Storeの「サブスクリプション」設定からいつでも行えます。
6. データの削除
記録はアプリ内でいつでも削除できます。アプリを削除すると、端末内のデータも削除されます。
7. 第三者提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、収集した情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。
8. 免責事項
本アプリは頭痛の記録を補助するツールであり、片頭痛等の診断・治療を目的とした医療機器ではありません。症状が続く場合や急激に悪化した場合は、医療機関を受診してください。

10. 改定

Migraine Note (Japanese name: ずつうノート, the “App”) respects your privacy and handles information according to this policy.
1. Your Headache Records
All data you log in the App — headache intensity, times, pain location, symptoms, triggers, medications, and notes — is stored only on your device. The operator never collects or views this content. No account registration is required.
Given the health-related nature of these records, the App has no server component and is designed never to transmit your records externally.
2. AI Pattern Analysis
The App’s insights feature uses Apple’s on-device AI (Apple Intelligence) on supported devices, and built-in preset logic on other devices.
In either case, your records are never sent to any external server or AI service.
3. PDF Reports
Doctor-ready PDF reports are generated entirely on your device. Whether and with whom you share a generated PDF is up to you; the operator never receives its contents.
4. Advertising
The free plan displays ads (banner and interstitial) served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers (IDFA) for ad delivery. Your headache records are never used for advertising.
You can control tracking permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) dialog on first launch, or anytime in the device Settings app.
Upgrading to Premium removes all ads.
5. In-App Purchases (Subscriptions)
Premium is an auto-renewable monthly/yearly subscription. Payments and renewals are processed by Apple’s StoreKit; the operator never receives your payment details.
You can cancel anytime from the App Store’s Subscriptions settings.
6. Data Deletion
You can delete entries within the App at any time. Deleting the App removes all data stored on the device.
7. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell or provide collected information to third parties, except as required by law.
8. Disclaimer
The App is a headache-logging aid, not a medical device intended to diagnose or treat migraines or any condition. Please consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen suddenly.
